The legislation of the Republic of Latvia provides that the online store owner must stipulate the terms of delivery and return of products, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such stipulation is called a distance agreement (Cabinet Regulation).
These Terms of Use are a legal document binding upon the Buyer and SIA VV i, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, which provides for the rights and liability of the Parties, the terms of ordering, payment, delivery and return of the products.
The distance agreement is concluded between the parties – the Seller, the online store www.probeauty.lv owner SIA VV Invest, registration number: 52403043261, registered office: Slokas iela 11 – 10, Jūrmala, LV-2015, physical address: Blaumana iela 7, Riga, LV-1011, and the Buyer, who places an order and makes a purchase in the online store www.probeauty.lv.
The Buyer orders the products on this website, specifying the type and quantity of the products to be ordered. The Buyer has the possibility to pay for the products using the payment tools integrated in the online store.
How to make a purchase?
Step 1 – Choose a product.
When done, press Buy, which automatically adds it to your shopping cart.
Step 2 – Place your order.
Go to the Shopping Cart section, carefully read all information about the products you have chosen and fill in the required fields, as well as review the chosen products and their quantity.
Step 3 – Proceed to payment.
Press Pay. The Omniva Checkout purchase payment window opens, in which you must enter the necessary data so that we can contact you regarding the purchase you have made. If you are satisfied with the order, choose one of the methods of payment for your purchase and press Pay.
Payment currency at the website www.probeauty.lv is euro (EUR).
For your convenience, we offer to make payments with a bank card. Choosing this payment method, you can pay for your order immediately and receive the products at the parcel machine at a time convenient for you!
Payment with a bank card is only possible if the bank that issued the card to you participates in the secure online purchase program (MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa). After entering the bank card data, you can be sent to your bank website to enter the security code, which is necessary to verify your personal data. If the payment is not confirmed, please contact your bank that issued a payment card to you or choose other payment method.
If the Buyer has a discount coupon with a code, the Buyer can add a discount coupon code to the purchase by entering it in a special input field titled “Enter code”. After the code has been entered, the Recalculate button must be pressed. The system automatically recalculates the price with the added discount. The discount code may not work if the product already has one of the discount options set, e. g., it already is a promotional product with a special price. Discount codes are loyalty policy bonuses that each Buyer or a group of Buyers can individually receive from the Seller. In some cases, for the purpose of promoting sales amounts, the discount codes may also be published on social media websites or in other public spaces.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the product by sending the Seller a letter of withdrawal. The Seller e-mails the letter of withdrawal form to the Buyer upon the Buyer's request.
The Buyer is obliged to return the products to the Seller within 7 days after sending the letter of withdrawal. All expenses incurred in connection with the return of the products to the Seller are borne by the Buyer.
Sec. 126 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia provides that “the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal”. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or withhold the compensation in case of damage to the product by negligent handling of the product during the use or failure to follow the instructions of the manual, if the original packaging of the product is lost, or if its packaging is significantly damaged, or, in respect of food products, the packaging has been opened.
By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read and agrees that the data provided by him/her are used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the products in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that the notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail.
The Seller is aware of and will observe all security measures related to the transfer of card data and the buyer's card data will not be stored.
